About Julie Shroyer


Julie’s role with Doma is to secure, maintain, and grow the existing strategic partnerships within the Greater Sacramento region and increase revenues by growing the refinance and resale business.  Julie has spent over 25 years in the real estate industry.  She has worked for the two largest title insurers in the country (Chicago Title and First American Title) and has managed operations throughout Northern California.  Her sphere of influence stretches from Bakersfield to Tahoe City and encompasses over 22 counties within the region.  She has managed over 50 sales professionals in the Residential, Commercial, and Builder Divisions.  She was responsible for leading one of the most profitable division’s in the nation and assisted in creating and building the #1 branch in the country for a National Lender.

She is a graduate of Sacramento State University and resides in Granite Bay.  She enjoys snow and water skiing, high school football and baseball, attending country concerts and wine tasting in the foothills.  She was recently featured on the Dr. Oz show for her TIKTOK channel – “Fabover50”.
